• At no additional cost a single user perpetual license for Minitab 15 for all Black Belt registrations. Minitab is the world standard for Six Sigma implementation and currently retails for $1195. • A computer with online access to the internet with a browser and Microsoft Windows
• Sound Card and Speakers
• Display Settings of at least 1024 X 768 Screen Size
• Adobe Acrobat Reader
• Flash Player
• Access to Microsoft Office 2000 or newer
• For all Green Belt and Black Belt programs Minitab 14.2 (note free 30 demo available through Minitab)
• Please note there are no refunds once the program has been started. You are not to provide your login information to other users. Your online account is for your personal use only.
• There is an additional charge of $500 if Black Belt project certification is desired. This would include four hours of Master Black Belt remote support and project review time. We will provide a certificate for completing the online training and testing at no additional cost.
